Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By using PassGhar.pk, you agree to these conditions, which protect both you and the event organizers.

Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to PassGhar.pk. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase tickets or use our services. If you are under 16, you may only use PassGhar under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • PassGhar reserves the right to terminate accounts that use false information or engage in suspicious activity.

Payments & Fraud Protection

Fraud & Chargebacks

Any attempt to use fraudulent credit cards or initiating a chargeback after a valid purchase will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to local authorities (FIA Cybercrime).

Ticket Validity

Tickets remain the property of the Event Organizer until the event concludes. Duplicate or forged QR codes will be detected at the gate and entry will be denied.

Refunds & Cancellations

PassGhar.pk is a ticketing platform; we do not organize the events. Our refund policy is strictly bound by the Organizer's rules.

Scenario Policy
Event Cancelled Refund issued to original payment method (Timeline: 7-14 working days).
Event Postponed Tickets usually remain valid for the new date. Refunds offered only if Organizer approves.
Change of Mind Strictly Non-Refundable.
Booking Fees Platform/Service fees are Non-Refundable under any circumstance.

Event Changes

Organizers reserve the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and vary the advertised program, seating, or audience capacity.

PassGhar is not responsible for changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue made by the Organizer. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

User Conduct & Transfers

Ticket Transfer & Resale

Commercial resale of tickets (scalping) is strictly prohibited. Tickets may only be transferred to friends/family if allowed by the specific event settings.

Prohibited Acts

You agree not to damage the Service or general business operations of PassGhar.pk. This includes using bots to scrape data, buying tickets in excess of limits, or disrupting our servers.

Force Majeure (Pakistan)

PassGhar.pk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond PassGhar’s reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or bans on public gatherings.
  • Political unrest, strikes (dharnas), riots, or civil commotion.
  • Internet service provider failures or telecommunication outages.

Liability & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassGhar.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. PassGhar.pk and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Karachi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
