Name, Gender, and CNIC Number. CNIC is strictly used for identity verification at event entry gates.

Contact Data

Email address, mobile phone number (for OTPs), and billing address.

Financial Data

Transaction history and refund details.
Note: We never store credit card numbers.

Technical Data

IP address, device type, and location data to recommend local events in your city.

Why We Process Your Data

    To process your ticket purchase, generate your unique QR code, and deliver it to your inbox.

    To verify your identity at venue gates (using CNIC) and prevent ticket fraud or scalping.

    To send you critical updates about your events (e.g., time changes) and verify your account via OTP.

Payment Processing

Secure transactions are our priority. We utilize trusted third-party Payment Gateway Partners to handle all online payments.

When you make a purchase, your payment details are encrypted and processed directly by the gateway. We only retain the transaction reference ID.

Event Organizers

We share Attendee Lists (Name, Contact, Ticket ID) with the specific organizer of the event you booked. This is necessary for them to manage guest entry.

Service Providers

We work with trusted partners for SMS delivery, email hosting, and cloud infrastructure.

Legal Obligations

We may disclose data if compelled by Pakistani law enforcement or regulatory authorities (e.g., FIA) to investigate fraud or criminal activity.
