Delivery Methods

PassGhar primarily operates as a digital ticketing platform, though some events require physical credentials. We offer two modes:

Digital Delivery (E-Tickets)

Cost: Free

Timeline: Instant

Tickets are sent to your Email & WhatsApp immediately after payment. Accessible 24/7 via your dashboard.

Physical Delivery

Items: Wristbands, Merch, Passes

Processing: Dispatched within 24 hours

Required for festivals or multi-day events. Delivered via our courier partners to your doorstep.

Partners & Coverage

To ensure your physical passes arrive safely, we have partnered with Pakistan's leading logistics providers.

TCS Leopards Courier M&P

Coverage: We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan serviceable by these partners.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of purchase), the estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities

    Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-3 Working Days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas

    All other regions: 3-5 Working Days

Delays caused by force majeure, political instability, or severe weather conditions are beyond our control, though we will always assist in tracking your package.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the weight of the package (e.g., number of wristbands).

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you in the loop. Once your physical order leaves our facility:

SMS & Email Notification You will receive a Tracking ID and a direct link to the courier's portal.
Dashboard Updates Real-time status updates are mirrored in your PassGhar "My Orders" section.

Undelivered Items

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the receiver:

  • The courier will attempt delivery twice.
  • Please ensure your provided phone number is active to receive the courier's call.
  • If the item is returned to our HQ, a Re-shipping Fee of PKR 250 will apply for the next attempt.
