We aim to be fair and transparent. Understand your rights regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and ticket refunds.

All ticket sales are final. Unless an event is cancelled or significantly altered (as described below), tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned after purchase.
This policy is standard in the live events industry to allow organizers to plan logistics securely. Before purchasing, please ensure you have selected the correct event, date, and ticket quantity.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund.
We will refund the full face value of your ticket(s).
Please note that Platform Service Fees and Payment Gateway charges are non-refundable, as these cover the costs of processing the transaction.
If an event is postponed or moved to a new date, your ticket(s) will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. You do not need to take any action.
If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement. Requests made after this window may be declined.
To request a refund (for eligible cancellations or rescheduled events), follow these steps:
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval. The time depends on your bank's processing speed.
Refunds are strictly reversed to the Original Payment Method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet) used during purchase.
If you can no longer attend an event, but the event is proceeding as planned, we recommend transferring your ticket to a friend or family member.
Note: The new attendee must present the QR code and may be asked for ID if the event has strict security policies.
