How Refunds Work

We’ve made the refund process automated and instant through your PassGhar Wallet.

Request

Initiate cancellation directly from your "My Tickets" page.

Verify

Our system checks eligibility (7-day rule) and ticket status instantly.

Instant Credit

Once approved, funds are credited to your Wallet immediately.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
  • Tickets must not be scanned/used at the venue entry.
  • Events explicitly marked as "Non-Refundable" by organizers are excluded.

About Wallet Credits

Refunds are issued as wallet credits. These credits:

  • Can be used for any future ticket purchase on PassGhar.
  • Do not expire.
  • Can be withdrawn to your bank account via the PassGhar Mobile App.

*Note: Platform service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
