If the farewell is canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be informed about the refund process or alternative arrangements.
Each ticket includes a unique QR code and can only be used once for entry.
Any duplicate, copied, edited, shared, or previously scanned ticket will be considered invalid.
Entry may be denied if a ticket is found to be misused or invalid.
Attendees can access their ticket again through the event portal or by contacting the organizing committee.
Physical ticket replacement will not be provided.
Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund, credit, or ticket transfer after the transfer deadline has passed.
The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior violates university rules or affects the event experience for others.
